Everything you need to know about Insignia MU
Overview
Insignia MU is a Season 6 PvP-focused private server. Slow, deliberate progression — designed for players who want their resets to mean something.
| Version | Season 6 Episode 3 |
| Experience | Dynamic — scales with your server rank |
| Drop Rate | x10 — jewels stay rare; you'll feel every drop |
| Max Level | 1,000 |
| Max Resets | 140 |
| Points per Reset | 500 |
| Stat Reset on RR | Yes (fruit points preserved) |
| Max Stats | 32,767 |
| Full Stats via | 140 RR (70,000 pts) + Fruits (up to 5,000 pts) |
The server is built around gear-driven progression. After reaching endgame resets, the real challenge is farming the perfect sets, options, and upgrades to dominate in PvP.
Reset System
Resets are available at level 1,000. Stats are reset on each reset, but fruit points are preserved. Maximum 140 resets.
Points Per Reset
Each reset grants 500 bonus points. Stats are wiped to base + fruit values, so you redistribute your points each time.
Total from 140 resets: 140 × 500 = 70,000 points. An additional up to 5,000 points come from Fruits.
Dark Lord — Command Bonus CUSTOM
Dark Lord receives an extra +200 Command on every reset, applied directly — not to the redistributable points pool. It's cumulative and recomputed from scratch on every reset, so it can never desync.
Across the full 140-reset journey that's an additional 140 × 200 = 28,000 Command baked into the class identity. This is on top of all the usual points and fruit gains, and exists to keep the leadership/Command-scaling fantasy meaningful at endgame.
Reset Cost
The first 3 resets cost a flat 15,000,000 Zen so early-game onboarding isn't punished. From reset 4 onward the price ramps by +20,000,000 Zen per reset, starting at 25,000,000 Zen, until it hits the 600,000,000 Zen cap.
| Reset | Cost |
|---|---|
| 1 - 3 | 15,000,000 Zen each |
| 4 | 25,000,000 Zen |
| 5 | 45,000,000 Zen |
| 10 | 145,000,000 Zen |
| 20 | 345,000,000 Zen |
| 33 - 140 | 600,000,000 Zen (capped) |
Formula for reset 4+: 25M + (reset − 4) × 20M, hard-capped at 600,000,000 Zen (reached at reset 33).
VIP players pay 15% less Zen on every reset.
The cost ramps until it reaches 600,000,000 Zen at reset 33, then stays flat for every reset from 33 to 140. That cap is roughly two full cycles of top-map (Swamp) farming per reset — top Zen income is hard-capped, so a higher price would just become an unpayable multi-week grind rather than a meaningful sink. Since 600M sits well under the 2-billion Zen stash limit, you can always afford the next reset — you're never hard-blocked from reaching 140 RR.

- Hunting range based on skill distance
- Auto-buff by class (with
/attack 1or F8) - Deactivates when you move, change map, or enter safezone
Auto-Buff by Class

| Dark Knight / Blade Knight | Swell Life |
| Fairy Elf / Muse Elf | Greater Damage + Greater Defense + Heal Party |
| Dark Lord | Increase Critical Damage |
| Summoner / Bloody Summoner | Damage Reflection |
Custom Class Skills CUSTOM
Several classes carry reworked or unique skills on Insignia MU. Here's what plays differently from standard Season 6.
Burn = a damage-over-time effect that also cuts 33% off the target's maximum HP while active.
Summoner PVP
Summoner debuffs are now cast at range — you no longer have to melee an enemy to apply them. Each of the Summoner's book skills has been reworked:
- Requiem — Instantly kills the target. PvP only; its trigger chance scales with your reset count and Summoner stats.
- Explosion — Applies Burn, cutting 33% off the target's maximum HP.
- Pollution — Deals damage every second to every player standing in the area. It catches anyone in range, so mind where you place it around teammates.
Fairy Elf / Muse Elf
- Penetration — Reworked into a single high-damage arrow on a long cooldown (no longer a rapid multi-hit).
- Greater Swiftness — An Elf party buff that grants a speed bonus to the whole party.
Magic Gladiator
- Flame Strike — Now a single big hit, similar in feel to the Elf's reworked Penetration.
- Fire Slash — Applies Burn, cutting 33% off the target's maximum HP.
Soul Master
- Teleport / Teleport Ally — both skills now have a cooldown.
Rage Fighter
- Killing Blow — The Rage Fighter's main damage skill. Every RF glove grants the Killing Blow skill, so you always have it available.
Blood Castle EVENT
Rush the castle gates, smash the statue, recover the lost weapon. Race the clock; teamwork wins.
| Cycle | Every 30 minutes |
| Entry Window | 5 minutes (lobby open) |
| Match Duration | 20 minutes |
| Reward | Jewels |
| Ticket | Cloak of Invisibility |
Tier Buckets
Pick the bucket that matches your level — each tier has its own monsters.
| Tier | Level Range | Cloak Level |
|---|---|---|
| BC 1 | 15 — 300 | +1 |
| BC 2 | 301 — 600 | +2 |
| BC 3 | 601 — 900 | +3 |
| BC 4 | 901 — 1000 | +4 |
How to Win
- Break the castle gate — clears the path inside
- Destroy the statue — spawns the Archangel weapon
- Pick up the weapon and bring it to the NPC before the timer ends
Rewards
- Experience bonuses per goal (gate, statue, success)
- Bonus experience per second of remaining time
Devil Square EVENT
Closed-arena survival event. Waves of monsters spawn at fixed intervals; the longer you last, the more you grind.
| Cycle | Every 30 minutes |
| Reward | Jewels |
| Ticket | Devil's Invitation |
Tier Buckets
Refactored into 4 wider buckets so every tier sees real population. Pick the one matching your level; the ticket level must match.
| Tier | Level Range | Invitation Level |
|---|---|---|
| DS 1 | 15 — 300 | +1 |
| DS 2 | 301 — 600 | +2 |
| DS 3 | 601 — 900 | +3 |
| DS 4 | 901 — 1000 | +4 |
How It Works
- Use your Devil's Invitation on the Devil Square NPC to enter
- Survive successive monster waves — jewels drop from kills
- Higher tiers mean denser spawns and richer jewel drops
- Solo-friendly, but parties farm faster
Castle Siege PVP
Boss Invasions PVM CUSTOM
Sixteen bosses across five difficulty tiers spawn on a rotating server-wide schedule. Every kill drops tier-appropriate Insignia currency — the fuel for the marketplace, the catalog, and your crafting future.
· 16 bosses across 5 tiers (T1 → T5) plus the no-tier White Wizard
· Each invasion lasts 30 minutes
· Bosses drop War / Royal / Majestic / Ancient Insignia based on tier
· 3% chance on every boss kill: a bonus drop rolls the loot table a second time, announced server-wide in a rainbow message

Bonus drop & rainbow announce
Every invasion boss kill has a 3% chance to roll the boss's drop table a second time. When it procs:
- An extra drop appears at the boss's last position — same ownership rules as the regular drop
- The world announce flashes in a rainbow gradient with a
[BONUS DROP]prefix - It's independent of the regular roll — it can roll empty on stingy tables, that's by design
When you see the rainbow message, someone just hit the 1-in-33 jackpot. Tell them congratulations.
Golden Invasions EVENT PVM
Gold-plated cousins of common world mobs — fatter health bars, fatter loot tables. Every Golden mob you kill drops a Box of Kundun, the curated chest that funnels jewels, excellents, and ancient gear into the early- and mid-game economy.
· Golden mobs spawn on a server-wide rotation, announced in global chat with a gold-colored notice
· Each spawn lives 10 minutes — if nobody kills it in time, it leaves
· The drop tier scales with the mob's tier: Goblin = +1 box, Tantallos = +5 box
· Drops belong to the killer / party for ~30 seconds, then become free-for-all
Golden mobs

Why Golden Invasions matter
Every account on Insignia MU spends its first week chasing Golden Goblin spawns — that's by design. The Box of Kundun pool is generous on low-tier jewels (Bless, Soul) for newcomers but tapers off as you climb. Veterans graduate to higher-tier Goldens and Boss Invasions; new players keep a steady reason to stop what they're doing and chase a global announce.
If you're new and stuck on a +9 plateau, hunt Golden Goblins for an evening. It works.
Daily Quests CUSTOM
Every day the Quest Master hands out a fresh quest — the same one for the whole server. Kill the target monsters, turn it in, and claim a reward that gets better the tougher the quest. It's a small daily ritual with real rewards: jewels, big EXP, event tickets and Goblin Points.
- One quest per day, shared by everyone. It rotates at midnight and is the same for the whole server that day.
- Find the Quest Master NPC, accept the day's quest, kill what it asks, then talk to him again to claim your reward.
- Free players: 1 quest a day. VIP: 2 quests a day — the free one plus an extra VIP quest with a richer reward.
- Rewards are once per day per account (not per character). Do it on whichever character you like.
- Resets at 00:00 server time.
Who can do them
- Any level can take the daily quest — there's no level requirement to accept it.
- Free dailies need 1 reset to stop brand-new throwaway characters from farming them. VIP dailies have no reset requirement — VIP players can start right away.
- The quest's listed level is just a difficulty label. Harder quests sit in a higher reward band, so they pay out better.
How the reward works
Each quest belongs to a reward band based on its difficulty. When you claim, the game draws one reward from that band's pool, using the weights below. The draw is the same for everyone that day — there's no re-rolling, so no one gets a luckier daily than you.
- EXP rewards are measured in grinding time, not levels. A reward like "30 min" grants the experience you'd earn by farming that long at your current level and EXP rate — low levels get many quick levels, high levels get a big chunk, always a consistent amount of saved time. A safety floor guarantees at least one full level.
- Every completion also gives +50 Goblin Points (VIP doing both quests earns 100/day), up to the normal daily Goblin Point cap.
- Free-bag jewels are account-bound (yours to use, not to trade). VIP-bag rewards are freely tradeable.
Free reward table EVERYONE
The free daily draws from one of three bands depending on the quest's difficulty:
Easy quest (low level)

| Jewel of Soul ×1 | 17.6% |

| Jewel of Bless ×2 | 21.2% |

| Jewel of Chaos ×2 | 11.4% |
| Jewel of Creation ×2 | 5.7% |
VIP reward table VIP EXTRA
VIP players do the free quest and a second, higher-value VIP quest. That extra quest draws from these richer bands:

|---|---|
| EXP (~180 min) | 35.0% |
| Jewel of Bless ×8 | 13.75% |
| Jewel of Soul ×8 | 13.75% |
| Jewel of Creation ×5 | 11.25% |
| Talisman of Luck ×10 | 11.25% |
| Jewel of Chaos ×3 | 10.0% |
| Insignia Chest (rare) | 5.0% |
- Do your daily on your main — the reward is per account, and the EXP is based on that character's level and rate.
- Claim before you reset. The EXP reward is calculated from your level and rate at the moment you claim, so claim on your progressed character rather than resetting first.
- Going VIP roughly doubles your daily haul and unlocks the best rewards — Talismans of Luck, event tickets and the rare Insignia Chest.
Rank EXP Boost CUSTOM
The server pace is intentionally slow. The Rank EXP Boost is a catch-up buff — lower-ranked players get a multiplier above the base rate so latecomers are never hopeless. The top of the ladder runs at the base pace; everyone below them gets a tailwind.
Your rank position is checked every 30 minutes against the server-wide ranking. Your EXP multiplier is set from a fixed tier table based on where you currently sit on the ladder.
Your active tier is shown in chat: [Adaptive EXP] Veteran — 60x EXP
The Tiers
| Tier | Rank Position | EXP Multiplier | Role |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vanguard | TOP 1 – 25 | x30 | Base pace |
| Master | 26 – 50 | x40 | — |
| Veteran | 51 – 100 | x60 | — |
| Challenger | 101 – 200 | x80 | Catch-up |
| Rising | 201 – 500 | x100 | Catch-up |
| Newcomer | 501+ | x150 | Max boost |
Warm-Up Window
For your first 3 resets, the rank-based tier is bypassed and you run at a flat x60 instead. This stops the ranking from rubber-banding wildly during the compressed launch period — the real ladder needs play-time to settle before it should drive your EXP rate.
You'll see a different chat tag during warm-up: [Adaptive EXP] Warm-up — 60x base EXP — Ranking unlocks at Reset 3 (1/3)
The warm-up is scheduled to be disabled roughly one month after launch, once the ladder has stabilized.
Design Philosophy
- Slow IS the base. x30 is the server's "real" pace, not a punishment for being top-rank. Vanguard is the destination, not a penalty.
- Catch-up only. Multipliers go up as your rank goes down. The top of the ladder is never given a boost.
- Absolute rank, gap-blind. The tier table is based on absolute position only — not how far behind the leader you are. As the elite climb away, x150 becomes the common rate for the masses.
- Drops are unaffected. Hotspots still matter for jewels and items; only EXP rate scales with rank.
Fruit System CUSTOM
Your stat progression continues through Fruits. You can consume fruits at any time — you don't need to reach the 140-reset cap first. Fruit points are permanent — they survive resets and cannot be redistributed. Fruit gains are capped at 5,000 points total.
Phase 1 (Resets): Level up → Reset → Get 500 points → Redistribute. Repeat until 140 RR.
Phase 2 (Fruits): Farm materials → Craft fruits → Consume. Up to 5,000 points (hard cap).
Key Details
- Each fruit gives 50-100 stat points
- Fruits are crafted with Jewel of Creation + materials
- You need approximately 50-100 fruits to reach the 5,000-point cap
- Fruit points are a permanent, irreversible decision — choose wisely
- When you reset, stats go to
base + fruit points, not just base
Total Investment
| Source | Points |
|---|---|
| 140 Resets × 500 | 70,000 |
| Fruits (cap) | 5,000 |
| Total Stat Pool | 75,000 |
Insignia System CUSTOM
Insignia is the reward currency for boss invasions and high-tier events. Earn it from boss kills, trade it at the Insignia NPC for tiered reward chests, or stack it up to convert into a higher tier.
Every boss invasion drops an Insignia matching its tier. Bring those Insignia to the Insignia NPC in Lorencia (or Elvenland) and either:
- Open a chest at that tier — randomized loot from a curated reward pool
- Upconvert to the next tier — trade a stack of lower-tier insignia for a single higher-tier one
The Five Tiers
| Tier | Insignia | Color | Dropped By |
|---|---|---|---|
| T1 | Insignia | Orange | Tier 1 invasion bosses (early game) |
| T2 | War Insignia | Red | Tier 2 invasion bosses |
| T3 | Royal Insignia | Blue | Tier 3 invasion bosses |
| T4 | Majestic Insignia | Purple | Tier 4 invasion bosses |
| T5 | Ancient Insignia | Green | Tier 5 invasion bosses (top-tier) |
Upconversion Chain
Don't want to spend right away? Bank up to climb the ladder:
| From | To |
|---|---|
| 15 Insignia | → 1 War Insignia |
| 12 War Insignia | → 1 Royal Insignia |
| 10 Royal Insignia | → 1 Majestic Insignia |
| 8 Majestic Insignia | → 1 Ancient Insignia |
Chest Rewards
What each chest drops depends on the current server season.
Where to Trade
Find the Insignia NPC in Lorencia (near the central area) or in Elvenland. Bring the insignia you want to spend or convert; the NPC handles both chests and tier swaps in one menu.
Insignia is the bridge between event play and the catalog economy. The upconversion chain lets you bank early-game farming into endgame purchases without ever feeling like progress was wasted.
Pity System CUSTOM
Bad luck at the Chaos Machine? The Pity System has your back. Every failed craft on a high-tier upgrade banks invisible "pity points" that boost your next attempt's success rate — and after enough fails, the game guarantees a success.
- You attempt a craft (e.g. +13 weapon) and it fails
- Pity points get added — how many depends on the value of items you burned (expensive items give more pity)
- Your next attempt at the same craft shows a higher success rate, with a purple line in the Chaos Machine UI showing the bonus
- If you hit enough consecutive failures, your next attempt is guaranteed to succeed
- On success, the pity counter for that craft resets to zero
Key Design Choices
- Cost-weighted. Pity is calculated from item value, not attempt count. Burning a cheap throwaway item gives almost no pity; burning a high-tier item fills the bar fast.
- Per-craft tracking. Each upgrade level (+10, +11, +12...) has its own independent pity counter. Failing at +10 doesn't help your +13 attempt.
- Account-level. Pity is shared across all your characters. Switch characters freely — your bad luck follows you.
- 2nd Wings & Capes share a counter (same craft tier in MU's design).
- Hard caps everywhere. A single expensive item can't instantly max your pity, and the boosted rate can never exceed the craft-specific ceiling (e.g. +15 caps at 55%).
Pity-Eligible Crafts
Not every Chaos Machine recipe is covered — only the high-stakes ones where bad luck would feel punishing:
| Craft | Notes |
|---|---|
| +10 / +11 / +12 upgrades | Independent counters per level |
| +13 / +14 / +15 upgrades | Highest pity rewards; tightest guarantee thresholds |
| Chaos Weapon | The classic gateway craft |
| 1st Wings | Cape of Lord / Wings of Spirit family |
| 2nd Wings & Capes | Shared pity counter |
| 3rd Wings (S1 & S2) | Independent counters per stage |
| Fenrir (Stage 3) | Endgame mount upgrade |
How to See It
Open the Chaos Machine, drop your items in, and look for the purple pity line in the rate preview. It shows your current pity points, the bonus % you're getting, and how close you are to the next pity threshold.
MU's traditional crafting is brutal at the margins. A streak of bad rolls at +15 can wipe a player's savings and morale. The pity system trades a sliver of "pure luck" excitement for predictability at the high end: if you commit the resources, you will succeed eventually. No more 30-fail tilt sessions.
VIP System CUSTOM
VIP is a time-limited account upgrade that smooths out the grind — cheaper resets and crafting, extra vault space, longer offline leveling, more event runs and a second daily quest. It's account-wide, applies to every character, and never changes how hard you hit: VIP is convenience and value, never power in a fight.
- Buy it from the in-game XShop (Services tab) with W Coin.
- Three packages: 7 days — 300 W Coin, 15 days — 600 W Coin, 30 days — 1,000 W Coin.
- It applies instantly — no relog needed — and stacks: buying more time adds to what you already have.
- VIP is tied to your account, so every character shares it. It expires automatically when the time runs out.
What VIP gives you
| Benefit | Free | VIP |
|---|---|---|
| Chaos Machine cost (all recipes) | Full price | −20% Zen |
| Reset cost | Full price | −15% Zen per reset |
| Devil Square / Blood Castle ticket craft | Base success rate | +15% success rate |
| Devil Square / Blood Castle daily entries | Base limit | +1 entry per day |
| Account vaults | 1 | +3 (up to 8 with purchased slots) |
| Offline leveling session | 8 hours | 16 hours |
| /pkclear cost | 3,000,000 Zen / kill | 1,500,000 Zen / kill (half) |
| Daily Quests | 1 per day, needs 1 reset | 2 per day, no reset needed, tradeable rewards |
The benefits in detail
- Cheaper Chaos Machine. Every recipe — item upgrades, wings, combinations — costs 20% less Zen for VIP. It doesn't change the success chance of the mix, just the Zen you pay to attempt it.
- Cheaper resets. Each reset costs 15% less Zen. On a capped 600M reset that's 90M Zen saved every time.
- Better event access. Devil Square and Blood Castle entrance tickets craft with a +15% success rate, and you get one extra run per day in each event — more chances at their loot.
- More storage. VIP adds 3 vault tabs on top of your base vault. Combined with vaults bought from the XShop, an account can hold up to 8 in total.
- Longer offline leveling. Offline sessions run for 16 hours instead of 8 before they time out — leave your character earning EXP overnight and then some.
- Half-price PK cleanup. Clearing your Player Killer state with
/pkclearcosts half the per-kill Zen fee. - A second daily quest. VIP players get an extra daily quest with a richer reward band — Talismans of Luck, event tickets and the rare Insignia Chest — and its rewards are freely tradeable (free-quest jewels are account-bound). VIP dailies also skip the 1-reset requirement, so you can run them from a brand-new character. Full reward tables are in Daily Quests.
Nothing on this list makes your character hit harder or tankier in PvP or PvE. VIP saves you Zen, time and clicks — it never sells combat power. Everyone competes on the same stats.
Skin System CUSTOM
Skins let you change how your equipped gear looks without touching its stats. Your weapon still hits exactly as hard — it just wears a different face. Other players see the skin; your inventory keeps the real item.
A skin is a pure cosmetic overlay. The equipped item keeps all of its power, options and upgrades — the skin only changes the model shown on your character. Skins are permanent account unlocks: own one and you can apply or remove it as often as you like, forever. It is never consumed.
The Skin Vault
Open your Skin Vault by pressing S.
It holds every skin your account owns, sorted into tabs by gear type: weapons, shield, helm, armor, gloves, pants, boots and wings. A skin can only go on an equipped item of the same type — a sword skin onto a sword, wings onto wings, and so on.
- Left-click a skin to apply it to your matching equipped item
- Right-click a skin to remove it and return the item to its real look
- The skin you currently have active is highlighted in the vault
Getting skins
Skins are sold in the in-game XShop, under the Skins category, for W Coin. Buy a skin, use it to send it to your Skin Vault, then apply it from the vault to any matching piece whenever you like.
Gear Tiers CUSTOM
Every armor set, weapon and shield in the game is sorted into eight progression tiers, from T1 (starter gear) to T8 (endgame). The tier tells you roughly how far along you are — the higher the tier, the stronger and the deeper into the drop tables it sits.
Tiers go from T1 (early game) up to T8 (top end). Each class has its own gear, so the list below is split by class. Some classes start higher up: Magic Gladiator, Dark Lord, Summoner and Rage Fighter unlock later, so their early tiers are empty on purpose.
Magic Gladiator and Dark Lord also share swords, staves and armor with Blade Knight and Soul Master — those shared pieces live under the owner class. Only the class-exclusive gear is listed under MG and DL.
